    • Amazing Programme, highly recommend to anyone who wants to progress into Management/Leadership roles. I myself progressed from Business Partner to Manager.

    • Very well organised and Structured. No compliants

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • Fully Supported from management and our Apprenticeship and Early Careers Manager.

    • Fully Supportive, Great Tutors that provided open door policy from programme advice, to mentorship.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • This has allowed me to tackle situations differently or consider different pathways when implementing new initiatives, it has also allowed me to support my team better and encourage their development.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

    • Yes. Wider Projects and Social Events. Currently looking at VE Celebrations and Education, we have implemented a Womens Empowerment Network and support with a number of developmental, DIB, and general activities to support collegues and celebrate differences.

    • I have worked for CEVA for 6 years, it has been one of the best organizations I have worked for. Lots of support, challenges, variety and developmental opportunities for those that want it.
