  • I manage the entry programmes for young people looking for a career in logistics, including work experience, university placements, apprenticeships and degree apprenticeships.

  • So far, I have developed skills on strategic organisational planning, ethical decision making, and using data analytics for story telling and how to bring the information to life.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I'm really enjoying the programme to far, the content is extremely relevant for my role and for someone working in HR.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • There were some minor issues in the first module, however the lessons, online learning and assignments are all be structured relatively well.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I'm fully supported by my employer and given the necessary amount of time to complete my apprenticeship related tasks.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The support from Arden University has been brilliant. The lecturers are extremely knowledgeable and the academic skills team are always available for 1-2-1 meetings, and run various sessions to support development in areas such as critical writing.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualification and learning within helps to think more broadly and have a more strategic and commercially minded approach to situations.
