  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme very much. I am supported massively by everyone in my team which makes it much easier for me to learn and gain experiences along the way. I believe you get the benefits of both opportunities of a degree and hands on learning on the job.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is structured well. We have consistent webinars each week with periodic visits to the university where the next workload is given. Sometimes I find it difficult when we visit university and we are introduced to the next assignment while still in the middle of the current assignment. This crossover can become slightly overwhelming if your mind is elsewhere on your current situation.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My lecturers are very helpful when you are to come forth with queries and if they can't give me the information I am looking for I believe they would direct me where next to go.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My experiences on my qualification help me plan on workplace projects, slow down and focus on the quality of my work produced and not quantity. I have gained confidence in interacting with new people, speaking up to bigger groups.

    8/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
