  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Really enjoy the programme; it is giving me the chance to expand my knowledge and develop me professionally and personally. • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is very organised. I know what e-learning I need to complete and then what off-the-job training I also need to complete. Work gives me time each week to make sure I can get everything complete. I also have regular catch ups to make sure I am fine and not struggling.
