the aspect of the apprenticeship when it comes to the calls with the training provider is shocking but learning in the job is great. I have a great support from my manager and colleagues in the office
its not organised from the training provider
i get endless amounts of support from my employer my manager is always there to help me with anything i struggle with
we have a call then i dont really get any support at all the calls arent engaging at all and i havent had a call in months
i dont feel like it helps me at all my manager helps me perform better
we do a lot of things as a team that help us get on better as a team and work better
