Fully enjoy the content and the group dynamics
Teesside uni delivery of academic content is very good, they seem disorganised in the apprenticeship context and continually change the goal posts even at the very end of the programme.
A huge level of support and encouragement from my manager and the organisation in time and encouragement. They have gone out their way to assist my development and progression.
