My role is office based, I help out my team by doing, printing, scanning, post, compares, filling deeds, and any other task i can do to help with.
I feel that i have learnt how to be more confident in the office, as well as improved my communication skills, organisation skills, time management skills, project management and leadership skills.
I have really enjoy my apprenticeship, i have learnt more than i thought i would. I have also really enjoyed working in my team at CMS.
I think that my apprenticeship is structed quite well, it starts off getting you to think about the company and i think that each module links from the one before and has a good flow.
CMS has been very support, helpful. From the begining my team was very helpful, made me feel welcomed and that if i have any questions i feel comfortable enough to ask.
My coach has been very supportive, whenever i have any questions I know that i can ask and she will explain in a way that i understand. My coach has also been really helpful on feedback
I think that my apprenticeship has helped me in my role as it has taught me communication skills, organistation skills. I also think that the legal pathway has also helped me to understand more of the work that we do at CMS
At CMS there have been many opportunities for networking, CMS gives you a buddy when you start as well as the mentor program. There are quarty social events within the team, and i have had the opportunities to help out at events.
