  • My role is office based, I help out my team by doing, printing, scanning, post, compares, filling deeds, and any other task i can do to help with.

  • I feel that i have learnt how to be more confident in the office, as well as improved my communication skills, organisation skills, time management skills, project management and leadership skills.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have really enjoy my apprenticeship, i have learnt more than i thought i would. I have also really enjoyed working in my team at CMS.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I think that my apprenticeship is structed quite well, it starts off getting you to think about the company and i think that each module links from the one before and has a good flow.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • CMS has been very support, helpful. From the begining my team was very helpful, made me feel welcomed and that if i have any questions i feel comfortable enough to ask.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My coach has been very supportive, whenever i have any questions I know that i can ask and she will explain in a way that i understand. My coach has also been really helpful on feedback

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I think that my apprenticeship has helped me in my role as it has taught me communication skills, organistation skills. I also think that the legal pathway has also helped me to understand more of the work that we do at CMS

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • At CMS there have been many opportunities for networking, CMS gives you a buddy when you start as well as the mentor program. There are quarty social events within the team, and i have had the opportunities to help out at events.

  • Yes

  • CMS are a very welcoming company, and are supportive. There is lots of room to grow


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to CMS?
  • One tip that i would give its to be confident and to be yourself, CMS want help would are confident, who are sure of themselves.
