My day-to-day as a Steer apprentice involves complex structural repairs, EV disconnects, and advanced diagnostics on brands like BMW and Tesla. I refine my skills through hands-on work, additional training, and competitions like WorldSkills UK, ensuring high-quality repairs while supporting my team’s workflow and deadlines.
My apprenticeship with Steer has given me incredible opportunities to develop advanced accident repair skills, from EV handling to structural repairs. Competing in WorldSkills UK and gaining multiple certifications have boosted my confidence, preparing me for a successful career in the industry.
I thoroughly enjoy my apprenticeship with Steer, as it challenges me daily and helps me develop advanced skills. The hands-on experience, additional training, and competitions like WorldSkills UK make it incredibly rewarding and fulfilling.
