I refine my skills through hands-on work, additional training, and competitions like WorldSkills UK, ensuring high-quality repairs while supporting my team’s workflow and deadlines.

    • My apprenticeship with Steer has given me incredible opportunities to develop advanced accident repair skills, from EV handling to structural repairs. Competing in WorldSkills UK and gaining multiple certifications have boosted my confidence, preparing me for a successful career in the industry.

    • I thoroughly enjoy my apprenticeship with Steer, as it challenges me daily and helps me develop advanced skills. The hands-on experience, additional training, and competitions like WorldSkills UK make it incredibly rewarding and fulfilling.

    • Its really well Structured, With clearly set modules between college blocks , with regular reviews from both College and Steer Academy

My colleagues encourage my growth, ensuring I gain hands-on experience while continuously developing my skills in accident repair, EV handling, and complex diagnostics.

    • Great support from College , regular reviews and oppitunities to get involved in learning activities outside of the apprenticeship.

    • My qualification through Nottingham College provides essential knowledge and practical skills, enhancing my performance in accident repair, EV handling, and diagnostics, ensuring I meet industry standards confidently.
