  • Processing work authorisations, running weekly & monthly reports for wider teams. Issuing risk metrics on a monthly basis. Updating budget changes for different projects.

  • I have learned how to use different software's and how to manage project in the correct way. I have also learned how to communicate better with different people.

  • I really enjoy my program, it is informative and I hope to continue in an upwards trajectory.

  • The in work part of my program is very well structured. However, University needs a little work with more time given in our designated day to complete assignments as all deadlines are very close together.

  • We receive vert good support from the employer. All issues are dealt with in a timely fashion.

  • We receive some support from lecturers, however this could be worked on with certain ones.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that my qualification helps me perform better in my role as I can see what I am learning benefits the projects that I currently work on.

  • There are plenty of activities to get involved in.

  • Extremely good company to work for, allows for constant progression & everyone is very supportive.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
  • Be yourself, teams don't want people to be shy or not act like themselves. This will benefit your progression as people will see how you work and what tasks you are best suited to.
