1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Day to day, I complete all my admin for the day incase that the picks up and becomes busy. I also organises on what I am going to complete by the end of the day such as finding quotes for my customers, sending emails off to suppliers and customers and also making calls. I am also responsible to make sure all of my tasks are completed by the end of day.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt new skills working at Hays such as working with a wide range of different teams such as different branches, my colleagues in store and also suppliers. I have gained a lot more confidence within starting here and am now fully confident and love any challenge thrown at me.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I fully love this programme. So many opportunities throughout Hays and the potential I can be is incredible. How the whole of Hays works as a team too is great nationwide.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is well structed by the organisation could be better. Such as training sessions with our coaches. Our coaches do change regularly. I have had 3 different ones since being here. This has had a slight impact on our programme due to delayed training sessions and also training with other coaches.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

We receive lots of support from our employers and they support us throughout our time here as apprentices.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We receive quite a lot of support from our training providers leading up to our qualifications. To help us achieve the grades we need to get.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I believe the qualification is helping me as it gives me an understanding of the work im carrying out and allows better knowledge which allows a higher quality work
