    • My role consists of managing subsections of the project driving contractors to key delivery dates in order to meet wider project goals. In addition I liaise with multiple members of the project team to bring together cost, schedule, safety and quality.

    • I have learnt a vast amount of new skills and experiences during my apprenticeship ranging from technical skills to interpersonal skills.

    • Thoroughly. Lots of support and opportunities available!

    • Very well organised with allocated time for external study and an interanl training programme.

    • Plenty of support is available. Whenever I have needed help and support it has been available to me.

    • There are multiple networks within Mace that you can join and become an ally for even if you don't necessarily fit. They are very welcoming. Projects also run regular socials
