Involves starting the day with a daily stand up, confirming tasks for the day. Engaging in different projects and liasing with managers for support/help
Plenty of skills developed such as time management, people skills and a range of technical skills relating to Data Analysis and technology in general
I thoroughly enjoy the programme, we have a nice mix of University and Work. Throughout all the placements everyone has been really supportive, and catered to what I want to get out of the placement, as opposed to their own needs. Providing a really strong platform for development, whilst also providing benefit to the team and business.
Structured with University days fitted bi-weekly, and block releases 3/4 times a year. Rest is spent within the working environment.
Plenty of support is provided and as of when needed. We have a dedicated Skills coach alongside our Apprentice Manager and Placement Manager, so there is a plethora of people that we can reach out to if struggling/require extra support.
We are given a generous amount of time to utilise for Study towards our degree outside of the Workplace, support is always in place if needed, and lectures are delivered regularly with assingments.
