  • I am a commercial property manager and this role involves on a day-to-day basis: overseeing the management of commercial properties on behalf of landlords, coordinating maintenance and repairs, preparing and monitoring service charge budgets, liaising with tenants and contractors, ensuring compliance with lease obligations, and supporting the delivery of strategic asset management objectives.
