Met Technician. Mechanical Electrical Trim Technician. I work stripping refitting and repairing interior, Electrical, trims and Mechanical components in the Accident repair
I have learnt lots of new skills over the course of my apprenticeship, which in tunr have helped me to learn other skills outside of the workplace and given me the knowledge to do so!
I love it. The workplace is amazing and the support is brilliant. Definitely the best choice for an apprenticeship
Its very well structured. Thatcham Research have a very well laid out plan for the course of the 3 years. Making sure you dont miss out on getting trained in anything
I recieve alot of support in the workplace and through the college side of the apprenticeship
They help me every step of the way. Making sure im up to date with my work and getting the affective training and experience in the workplace
My Qualification has given me alot of the confidence ,experience and knowledge to do certain tasks in the workplace. In particular the electrical side of cars, from EV's to wiring repairs and circuit testing
Not through the company, but i do see some of the people i work with, helping them on weekends and going to events with them

They are a very good company to work for, with a great training provider and excellent facilities
You'll love it. Be confident, but dont expect to know everything. If enjoy the work, itll be a breeze
