Day to day - Something new every day, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, risk management, university study, project control, project management.
Developed good understanding of Project Management, MS Project, bespoke business tools, forecasting skills, professionalism.
I enjoy the practical side of the scheme more than the university aspect.
Tried and tested programme that has been around for years, well established early careers teams and lots of support and general awareness of apprentices/grads.
Coaching, mentoring, strong early careers team.
There is the usual university support available if/when required. The delivery of the course is much better in person, however the online element of delivery does work.
The course/qualification is fully relevant and acts as a supplement to the practical on the job learning I receive. It adds to the theory and helps to absorb information faster.
There are stretch activities to get involved in, lots of different ERGs and early careers committees to get involved in. Teams often host meals and networking events.
