Completing Skills for Just Sign off and registrations. Arranging external courses for corporate and operational Ensure course sign offs Dealing with telephone enquiries

  • Attending the CMIL3 program has allowed gain new skills and enhance existing ones. Improved my communication skills, The course work has enhanced my knowledge of different models I've learned various leadership techniques, including how to motivate teams, manage conflicts Understanding of emotional intelligence, which helps in understanding and managing my own emotions and those of others.

  • The CMIL3 program has contributed to my personal growth. It has helped me build confidence in my abilities., this has empowered me to take on more responsibilities. The program has not only enhanced my academic skills but also prepared me to handle greater responsibilities in both my personal and professional life.

  • The CMIL3 Programme is well structured/Organised, providing clear and comprehensive guidelines that ensure a smooth and effective learning experience. The program's structure includes well defined learning objectives and informative workshops. Additionally, the availability of resources and support from tutors further enhance the learning process,.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I am fortunate to receive excellent support from my employer while pursuing my CMIL3 qualification. They provide Work from home flexibility, allocating specific time for me to attend workshops and webinars, ensuring I can fully engage with the learning opportunities

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The support I have received during my CMIL3 apprenticeship has been outstanding. My tutor had has been instrumental in helping me navigate through my functional skills, providing guidance and encouragement every step of the way. They are always available whenever I need help or just a bit reassurance that I am on the right track.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The CMIL3 Apprenticeship has been instrumental in significantly boosting my confidence in my own abilities. The program has not only enhanced my leadership skills but also provided me with a deeper understanding of emotional intelligence and various models to better comprehend team dynamics.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Service organises sports and social, such as escape room, walking club, and golfing. Opportunity to job shadow individuals or departments. Employees are encouraged to attend meetings or sessions in other departments through "spare chair". Attend the leadership Forum where all section come together to discuss issues, I participate the Apprenticeship Forum which brings together services from various regions to discuss and present on relevant topic.
