My role is a crew member and I do everything like working in kitchen, customer service, working in beverages etc.
I’ve learned better customer service skills, working out different types of communication and also working on my communication skills and teamwork skills.
I enjoy it quite a lot, sometimes it can be boring and hard other times it can be okay
It is pretty well organised
I receive a lot of support from my employer and all the management team if ever needed

It gives me more of an understanding, of everything that I have and have not learnt within my job
