Business Management Apprenticeship which aligns with my jobrole and will provide additional knowledge to help my progression in my career.
It is learning new skills and developing current ones in the job role.
I enjoy the the extra engagement it gives me for my job, giving me an additional work along side my current role to work towards achieving another qualification.
Learning Plan and dashboard organises the work in a timely manner.
Support directly from my employer has been slow, apprenticeship team have been great but getting time off the job to actually complete apprenticeship has been a struggle, especially as set times are rare.
From the training provider the support is excellent, constant communication for feedback and how I progressing.
Excellent, it provided my knowledge to not only fill in gaps but also guide me towards investigating other areas I was unaware off.
Football events and other charity events
Yes
well structured easy to follow apprenticeship that can be easily completed following the plan.
Just ensure you can put aside the time to complete the tasks, set time and stick to it.
