I take calls for our clients and helping solve their probelms they have, also placing deals for them if they need us to do
i have learnt a lot skills in finance, things like how pensions work, new things in the stock market and things along those lines
i enjoy it a lot, every day is not the same i have different cases each day, different types of calls so it is always changing and with the team it makes it more fun
i get a day every week to work on my apprentice projects i get with bpp and they are flexible in things if i am slow at something they will help as i am still new
a lot i have a member of our early carers team talking to us if we need help, our TL helps us a lot when we need it
We get a coach for the time and we can email them anytime when we need help, we also get weekly newsletters and a lot of things on the website to help us
it helps me understand the more backend of my field and that over time helps me understand my role more
i am part of investment20/20 which do professional events and talks with other people in the field such as with JP morgan and M&G these events we get talks with people high up in that company and how they got there their journey.
Yes
it is a workplace that has there employees as one of top and helps to be flexible with things that are going on with everyone
learn the field you are going in, understand the role and understand what you want, you dont need to worry about knowing everything from the start just enough for a base which fidelity will build a top of what you have
