Making sure that the TUI website is ranking on Google so that people can find it. I mainly look after the Irish website and the Discover part of the UK one that is full of holiday inspiration. Day to day, I look at website visibility, keywords, url structures, project planning.
Learning how to manage my time effectively with workloads. Developing getting out of my comfort zone and speaking to new people and making new connections across the business.
I'm enjoying learning new things in a role where I can put theory into practice. Whenever I've learnt new things before its in a school/learning setting where its just knowledge gathering and then having to remember it.
