I manage a team who develop the the selling systems that our retail and 3rd party agents use to sell holidays. I am involved in the digital product design and process work that ends up as features on our websites.
I heave learnt a lot about myself, learning styles and how to harness those behaviours in my working life. How to manage time effectively and use trust and authenticity to build up my team and ensure they're performing to the best of their ability.
I think the array of subjects is engaging and interesting for me in my position and I like that it is aimed at women specifically to incorporate our unique challenges within the workplace.
I think the coaches are nice and relatable, I trust that they have my best interests at heart and will be there to support throughout. The mix of workshops and post workshop activities are nice to break up the learning and allow us all the time to complete at our own pace.
My manager and the company in general are very supportive of me. I am allowed the time to focus on the work and there is a commitment that we all sign up front to allow for on the job learning, which means that I can do the tasks within working hours without fearing repercussions.
Assuming this is TUI, then as above
The course is tailored to women going into leadership, so the subjects are relevant to me and the challenges I face when at work. The modules are a good mixture of teaching and self study which allow me to adjust the amount of detail I go into based on how much I already know about the subjects.
We have a large selection of different networks that we can join. I am currently part of a 'Returning Parents Network' and a 'Gamers Network'
Yes
They have good values as a company, they're flexible, the people are all like minded and understanding. They provide holidays were people make memories and its an exciting company to be a part of.
Be authentic, trust is a core pillar and TUI and if you're open and honest from the start you wont go far wrong.
