  • I am apprentice so i go to university once a week. I also work on reports as well as doing site vist and CPS/ off the job training.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I've learnt a lot such as reporting skill, team work, health and safety, expanded my knowledge on sustainability .

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Yes the program is good, but also is quite unorganised as i dont even have a proper mentor as well as when i first arrived we didn't get our laptops till 2 months into our placement as well as our long in we didn't get it until 1 month in.

  • As i said the organisation of the program lacks and some information hasnt been told to us, but other apprentices are there for you if need.

  • The support is good from the apprentice side and if you need support from the managers they are wiling to help you.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • the let you go to university and also if needed to go to extra classes they give you the time.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Some of the placement will be technical which you will gather the knowledge of how to go about these placements.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I have set up my own football team at TfL however they give very little money towards the teams and for social activities they give no money towards.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Its good you have the help there if needed. the pay is good and everyone is really nice here the offices are really nice as well.

  • Research the company.
