    • I came in with no prior experience, so I have leant loads

    • It is enjoyable as i am learning a lot

    • I have had a difference experience to what usually happens, with constant change in managers but in normal circumstances I sure it's more organized

    • the support has been great

    • The training provider is very good, you have days that will develop your wider skills rather then just the course you are on

    • currently for the role I am doing not much but that is because I haven't got that part in my course so soon it will

    • From what I am aware of not loads, but there are many team meetings which is a mix of activities and networking

    • Yes

  • 9b. Why?

    • Very friendly and they have a whole team that is dedicated to us as apprentices, overall my the apprenticeship has been positive

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Thames Water?

    • Ask lots of questions if you get stuck or don't understand anything
