My role consist of working with other PM's, providing support to programme and CAM reviews. Engaging with our customer and assisting in managing finance. My workplace allows me to change what I do in order to learn more in every area
I learned many skills within only 6 months. I have learnt huge levels of soft skills such as communication, leadership and teamwork. Additionally, my hard skills/ employability skills have grown as I have learnt how to use software such microsoft excel, JIRA, confluence, MS Project etc...
I really enjoy my programme, I am learning and I feel supported
My structure is well organized I understand the process I am undertaking and always know my next steps.
I receive large constant amount of support from my employer. Both from my line manager and placement team, as well as our early careers team with skills coaches.
I receive consistent and good support from my training supplier, however they are not always clear in assignments.
It helps me perform better as I understand the concepts of what I am applying through my role.
There is - such as Outward Bound experience. University has some sports clubs

It is a great environment with a wide spread of work, I feel always supported and I am learning. It is friendly and a great place to be.
