On a day to day basis my role includes servicing and repairing vehicles, changing tyres, vehicle diagnostic, changing brake discs an pads, changing batteries, overall vehicle maintenance and sometimes help with office admin.
Yes I have learnt many new skills and improved my knowledge of vehicles though there is still room to improve my skills
I really enjoy my role as there is something different every day
It is mostly organised but room for improvement
I feel like anything I go to my managers with I receive the support I need
I can't fault Carlisle College as they have been excellent, fully supportive helping me through my exams
Having good training and support from the provider helped me gain more confidence therefore helped me perform better in my role
