My job role varies day to day either working in the office, working from home or working on site. I work in commercial development both agency (selling sites) and consultancy.
I have developed many skills since starting my apprenticeship particularly my professionalism and communication. I am dealing with clients on a day to day basis and therefore remaining professional is essential. This skill is transferable as it has taught me how to deal with different types of clients.
I thoroughly enjoy my programme at Savills. I work in a great team with an abundance of support around me. Additionally, my job isn't just sat at a desk 5 days a week, it allows me to get out and about meeting new people which I thoroughly enjoy.
Savills have an extremely well put together programme which includes a number of training days and organised cpd sessions. There are regular catch ups internally and externally which gives the opportunity to raise any quires.
I receive lots of support from everyone around me whether that be from my line manager, supervisor or apprentice team.
UCEM provide regular catch ups every ten weeks as well as the opportunity to contact them any point in between.
The degree learning and on the job learning link up very well and both support me in different aspects of my role.
There are an abundance of extra-curricular activities with something to suit everyone!
