My current role is telephony based- assiting members claim their pensions. This includes sending forms and explaining the retirement options available.
I have developed more understanding of pensions and am now more comfortable on the phone
I enjoy my programme it is a change from what I normally do and it is a chance to learn new skills as well as learn more about my organisation.

Lots of support from my TL, who is making the apprenticeship journey as smooth as possible.
Lots of resources are provided and my coach is very responsive if I need help.
It allows me to take new behaviours and skills into my role. I can also pass these onto those around me.
