  • My current role is telephony based- assiting members claim their pensions. This includes sending forms and explaining the retirement options available.

  • I enjoy my programme it is a change from what I normally do and it is a chance to learn new skills as well as learn more about my organisation.

  • Lots of support from my TL, who is making the apprenticeship journey as smooth as possible.
