I support the Head of Licensing in the development, launch and administration of all licensing activity with internal and external partners. Providing professional and approachable administrative support with strong attention to detail. Working in the Licensing department at Unilever with brands such as Marmite, Dove, Pot Noodle, TRESemmé, Lynx, Knorr, Flora and many others. I am working on all product approvals for UKI and working alongside Head of Licensing GLOBAL.
This role is giving me a huge range of administration, communication, retail, product development and marketing skills.
I love the team I work in the company it self is so huge and your can learn s much scope. It is so much better than I ever expected.
Massive value for all apprentices through Unilever. They aim for Young leaders and this is what is shown. We get involved in so much and the experience we get are invaluable.
we had a intense application process, which was well organsided and communicated well. The studying side v's working is balanced well. We meeting with assessors regularly which is an important part to the structure.
We have a training provider on site 2-3 times every 2 months which we sit down and talk about our experiences they are always on hand all the time for any questions with coursework.
I have a mentor and a line manager both answer every question I have and are motivated to get me to where I want to be.
I am above and beyond please with the money and benefits I get at Unilever more than I ever expected from and apprenticeship.
What I have learnt and where I have come has enabled me to visit and see so many companies and attend so many meetings out side if the office. I also attend events on behalf of Licensing and pick up awards at ceremonies.
