    • I was learning skills to become a team leader. How to make bvest out of coaching. Uncouncious bias, laws etc

    • was really informative. Trainer was great and understands and patient

    • had a great structure and was advised of this when we startedi t

    • They came to the reviews and presentations and my TL didnt know much about ti but asked me to inform him what it was that i had learnt

    • alot - she was there whenever needed and constanely had reviews and training sessions for different modules

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • my company with this qualifacation gives us a interview when Team leader post comes up. Enables us to put into practice that we have learnt

    • Yes

  • 9b. Why?

    • Good pay, good benefits, different departments to look to working in. I have wored at EE for 10 years now and not planning on moving. Also get to work from home and office

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT Group?

    • you will think its a stop gap andn ot for you and may end up loving it
