Really good training provider. learnt alot
I was learning skills to become a team leader. How to make bvest out of coaching. Uncouncious bias, laws etc
was really informative. Trainer was great and understands and patient
had a great structure and was advised of this when we startedi t
They came to the reviews and presentations and my TL didnt know much about ti but asked me to inform him what it was that i had learnt
alot - she was there whenever needed and constanely had reviews and training sessions for different modules
my company with this qualifacation gives us a interview when Team leader post comes up. Enables us to put into practice that we have learnt

Good pay, good benefits, different departments to look to working in. I have wored at EE for 10 years now and not planning on moving. Also get to work from home and office
you will think its a stop gap andn ot for you and may end up loving it
