I undertook the improvement practitioner and this enabled me to bring a continuous improvement mindset to the team, enabling them to improve a range of processes and systems

The learning on the programme was very good and the skills development very useful

The programme itself was well structured

My employer was very supportive and give me the time to complete tasks and project work whilst undertaking a very busy role

Training provider support was mixed and the coaching provided by In-Comm was limited and sporadic, and at times inaccurate information was provided

the work i did to achieve the qualification has helped me in my role, however In-Comms support or lack of it did not really help em perform better in my role
