I've developed my conversation skills significantly within a team and to a customer as well. I have also gained a lot of knowledge around the job and I feel like I will be able to apply these skills in daily life when the time comes.
It's a very good experience, and anyone can get into the job with the right training and support.
It's very well organised, with a work / study balance that gives us the freedom to learn with tasks as well as direct calls with customers.
I receive a lot of support from my employer, especially with my mental health, and it is beneficial to me as I know I am covered and I can talk to anyone about my troubles.
I receive a lot of support from my training provider as they give us feedback regular on our work and we also have specialised training sessions to refresh our knowledge or if we struggle with a specific aspect of the job.
The qualification helps me work better as I understand the information I need to give to customers and how to speak with them.
They offer volunteering hours where we can support local charities in our area and raise money for them or help them in their daily activities.
