Identifying and pulling the levers that affect margin. Daily looking at data to find opportunities to increase our margin performance through pricing, discounting, or process and operational efficiencies. Managing a team and responsible for Continuous Improvement programme in the market.

It was hard on top of the day job especially as I was the manager! Found the support from the Multiverse coach to be inconsistent at best. But I did enjoy the module sessions and being able to try new things.
The main module sessions were well organised, however the coaching sessions were a little more ad hoc!
I was in control as to the amount of support. They were very supportive when I needed it.
Support from the coaches was inconsistent. One coach never seemed to reply to emails and another one wasn't able to help on a Power BI query
Absolutely invaluable to my role and confidence when speaking to other people about data.
