  • Supporting new business acquisitions with their integration into the Time and Attendance system to improve efficiency and compliance.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Having a tutor with real life experience of having used the methodology being taught is a huge benefit. A supportive coach especially when living with dyslexia is extremely helpful.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • There are some structural issues with the set up and when a session was communicated very late to my cohort. Also the web site is clunky and difficult to navigate.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My line manager is available to discuss regularly along with other departments i work with who offer additional support. I am allowed to sit in on related discussions to aid understanding and knowledge regularly.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I have a support coach who meets once a month, but is available if required via email.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My improved business knowledge has been key to me becoming better with my role that i have taken the increased workload with very little difference. My efficiency has also improved, but also my task delegation and management.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I have set up a Golf teams group and part of a Football teams group. We have Perks at Work to get discounts and points for certain shopping / holidays. Aviva health app.

  • Yes

  • I feel supported but also secure in role, so feel i can climb within the hierarchy of the business and retire with the company.

  • Honesty when applying, understand they value transferable skills.
