Attending meetings / Contributing to team activities E.g. charity days, H&S talks, Site visits / Attending Uni lectures and completing work / shadowing of SMEs / Attending professional workshops and networking days / writing progress reports / collating data.
Behaviours like how to present myself professionally in meetings and emails / planning and managing resources when looking ahead and tools which are used to do this / I have became more familiar with office 365 software / time management /
I enjoy working within my team everyone is supportive and helpful and understanding I get to work from exiting places whilst also having the flexibility to work from home.
We have processes which are in place to organize the team effectively and the roles we sit within help us manage our programme effectively
My employer has a good framework for professional development and there is also something you can be learning with your time, my line manager is also very supportive and helpful in all situations
It is harder to receive support from my training provider as the course sites online and all work is completed virtually and it is hard to get in touch however the feedback on assignments goes into lots of detail and lectures help clear up confusion however I don't always feel informed.
Initially in these early stages I haven't felt it has helped me much in my role as the knowledge in the first semester is basics however this is still relevant and helps builds foundations of knowledge.
there are lots of networking events and in person opportunities.
Yes
