People management of category managers. Managing strategic supply partner. Developing and implementing a strategy for business unit, aligned with wider business goals/KPI's. Ensuring wider and direct team are working towards strategic goals.
People management, project management, prioritisation, mentoring.
Programme was good, however experience was difficult due to Covid restrictions.
Organisation was good. However Covid made this more difficult as all meetings were teams based.
Full support from RS throughout programme.
Training provider was very helpful throughout programme.

Networking events are held within the business. Various organisations that are not directly involved with RS, but driven through RS members.

Great place to work, very supportive environment, really support development and growth, work life balance is very good. Given autonomy to take on a role and drive this yourself, working within a strategic framework.
