I completed transactional testing for our audit clients, working in different small groups every week allowing me to experience working with different clients and working with different people of all different levels. As i because more and more skilled my tasks slowly move towards more in depth complex tasks day by day
I have learnt an array of new skills from the people I work with on a day to day basis which relate to the field I am working in. Aswell as this my communication skills and teamworking skills have developed alot
I love my program and wouldn't change it for anywhere else, especially from what I have heard from friends about their programs
Very organised and structured, feedback is frequently asked for so they can contiuously improve aswell as know what is going well, this goes both ways from eployer to employee and employee to employer
I receive all the support I require to do woth work and also for personal issues
My training provider offers their own resources as resources from other places such as AQA the qualification board. Also, there are many tutors who offer support when in class and when not in clas
The qualifaction relates to what I do on a day to day basis in some instances allowing my to fleuntly translate what I have been learning to real world scenarios
There are many social opportunites as a work environment, aswell as sporting events being planned for the summer

I believe the environment is perfect to develop and grow as an individual in and out of the workplace
