  • Taking calls from customer regarding multiple different queries varying billing to sales to orders and faults. During this we would be helping the customer try and resolve the query to the best of out abilities

  • Yes I have been able to acquire new skills with customer service and functional skills around computers

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy it as it was able to give me a different insight to how the company works and the importance of my job to not only the company but also customers as we are the only point of contact for the customer

  • The programme was well structured with being multiple different pieces of work being worked on at once and deadlines being very clear on what we need

  • I received a lot of support from my employer as if i needed more help or time to complete my work they would provide it for me

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I received a good amount of support from my training provider as if i had any problems with the work or questions they was always able to help me with the problem and provide extra recourses for them

  • it helps me as I know more about the job role and what it intakes but also more about the different customers that we would deal with on a day to day basis

  • Yes

  • It is a great company to work for as they are very flexible but also come with a lot of benefits for someone working for the company

  • Be yourself where ever you apply for the company as being yourself is better then trying to be someone else
