My role is to guide customers and help them with their queries

i enjoyed the programme as it helped me learn a lot regarding customer service that i cn use in day to day life
the programme is organised very well by our trainer and we get support when we need it
The support from my employer is very good as if i am ever in need of something i can speak to one of the managers and get the support that is needed
i received a lot of support from my training provider as if i was ever stuck with anything i could ask and i would be given support and given links and guidance to what to do
My qualification has helped me perform better due to learning new things within the qualification to then help and guide customers in the future
