  • i enjoyed the programme as it helped me learn a lot regarding customer service that i cn use in day to day life

  • The support from my employer is very good as if i am ever in need of something i can speak to one of the managers and get the support that is needed

  • i received a lot of support from my training provider as if i was ever stuck with anything i could ask and i would be given support and given links and guidance to what to do

  • My qualification has helped me perform better due to learning new things within the qualification to then help and guide customers in the future
