Essentially, I would come into the office 15-20 minutes earlier to get set up, we would have a morning meeting to run through activity and what is planned for the day, speak to prospective clients and buyers, conduct viewings until the end of the day.
I have learnt to be more organised, I have improved my time management skills, team work, communication, problem-solving skills, confidence.
Overall, I have enjoyed this experience, it has provided my with so much extensive knowledge and experiences for the three years I have been here. I have also managed to make a lot of good memories and friends here.
It is quite well organised, whenever there has been any hiccups, they have been resolved and dealt with accordingly.
I receive a decent amount of support from my employer. Whenever I have needed anything, they genuinely do not hesitate to ensure that I am looked after.
The support I receive is very good. I have known my training provider for quite a long time now, so I feel very comfortable reaching out for guidance and support.
I feel that this qualification has helped me perform better because I can drip-feed information that I have learnt from my qualification into my role. It intertwines well and guides me whenever I need it.
We normally host football tournaments in the office once in a while, or we would organise darts and pool every once in a while. As an organisation, we normally have quarterly get togethers and it allows us to network and connect outside of formal settings and brings us closer.

I would recommend the Savills Apprenticeship Scheme to a friend because in terms of clear career progression, this is the best opportunity out there to benefit from. Savills has a range of opportunities for everyone.
The best piece of advise I can give is to never count yourself out and be confident. Confidence will get you very far in terms of this, as well as outside of this.
