I am responsible for the account spend on approximately 150 customer and the growth expectations for each.
yes, self reflection and self awareness were particularly useful
Monthly sessions in person were really valuable, I enjoyed learning from each other in a classroom environment
From memory it was well organised with access to lots of additional help and support if needed
as much as I needed, they were happy for me to complete the course with the required time
I only received the standard amount, no additional support was given
certain aspects have been really useful but quite a bit of the course was aimed at people leaders and as of yet I do not have that role.
