My role entails providing support to engagement managers, supporting with governance activities. I also have individual responsibilities entailing carrying out a change request process, managing a time booking process and my work entails carrying out monthly compliance activities.
Since joining Capgemini, I've gained valuable skills in project management, stakeholder communication, and data analysis. I've become adept at managing resources, identifying risks, and creating detailed reports. My proficiency with project management software has improved, and I've honed my problem-solving and leadership abilities. Overall, my time management and collaboration skills have significantly enhanced, making me a more effective and efficient team member.
I really enjoy my programme. It offers a great balance of challenging and engaging content, and I appreciate the opportunity to learn new skills and concepts. The support from my skills coach and the collaboration with others makes the experience even more rewarding. Overall, it's been a rewarding journey.
It's well organised and structured. The programme seamlessly blends practical work experience with academic study, which I find really beneficial. From the week long introduction to Capgemini to the ongoing support and professional development opportunities, everything is designed to help me succeed. The on the job training, access to digital resources, and mentoring have been invaluable. Overall, the structure of the programme ensures that I am continuously learning and growing, both professionally and academically.
I receive a plenty of support from my employer. From the very beginning, there's a week long induction, which helped me get settled and understand the company culture. Throughout the programme, I have my reviewer, digital resources, and ongoing professional development opportunities. The support extends to my academic studies as well, with guidance on my degree and portfolio from other students. Overall, the inclusive and supportive environment at Capgemini ensures that I have everything I need to succeed both in my role and in my studies
I receive lots of support from my training provider. They offer a blend of online resources and in person guidance on our on campus days, ensuring I have access to all the materials and help I need. Regular check ins with my skills coach keeps me on track with my apprenticeship.
My qualification enables me to gain invaluable knowledge and develop skills through the modules, that I can directly apply to my day to day job. This is extremely advantageous for continuous growth and development as an apprentice.
