I am involved in accounts preparation for small/micro sized companies. I also help clients with bookkeeping & VAT returns on various software.
I have learned how to prepare accounts & VAT returns from core records. I have also learned a lot about different types of businesses, tax rates & deadlines.
So far I have enjoyed the challenges the program brings. I feel more and more confident each day when helping clients & preparing accounts.
Pretty organised - everything is planned out for me.
Training is provided. Staff are very friendly and helpful when needed.
Tutors are always available if needed for any questions.
Beneficial in obtaining a greater understanding of what we do at work and other areas which we do not see everyday in the office due to restrictions around which department we work in.
Quarterly socials with the department & annual social events in Summer & Christmas time.

We have various departments which proves useful in gaining advice from others when needed, communication is key so don't be afraid to ask questions.
