Day starts off by taking in bound calls and doing customers proud if we have call backs then we do that, we have allocated ticket time, deal with broadband/Landline based issues, helping people and getting solutions for customers while maintaing excellent customer service skills feels good. There's also bonus for people who are competitive, the company spends back on their employees and look after them. Flexibility, if you work well there you can do hybrid work 60/40 office 3 days in and 2 days from home which is nice. Overall really nice company with amazing people to work with, there's a lot of room for progression so if you join your journey has just begun. We don't know what the future holds, but working here will undoubtedly be a memorable era for me, it's a no brainer really you're down all types of people over the phone and if you're that type of person who wants to leave a positive impact, has a strong work ethic, is competitive and always up for a challenge, then this is for you. You won't know will you try, you make that leap when you're most afraid to, that is how we grow. I've recorded a documentary of a review, but jokes aside guys it's pretty good is an understatement 😎
Active listening, communication skills, team work skills, empathy, multi tasking, patience and ability to remain calm under stressful situations which is a big one fellas, general confidence in speaking to all sorts of customers
Everything's amazing tbh, nothing to complain about. My coaches, my apprentice coach, colleagues, customers. I've tried referring all my friends haha, because I want what's best for them
Everything on point and explained, we always get notified for any changes at work or apprentice work related
So much support it's unreal, everyone is super helpful even people who aren't in my team or my super visor, everyone looks after one another and there's always someone there to help.
So much support, enough that I don't need to ask for help at all and if I ever do that support is always there
Definitely plays quite a big role as the apprentice covers all the important aspects of work like DPA, health and safety and so much other important aspects of work that we need to abide by day to day and is good to know
There's quite a few networking events, charity events, even ping pong event was at the start, there's always sorts of things going on in the background for those interested
Yes
As I've mentioned, I'm not getting paid to right this much 😂😂😂😂, it's just genuinely a good place, if I could get all my friends to work there I would, I have friends who are exactly like me and ik would love to work here
Just go for it! A bit of hardwork and patience and you won't believe how far you'd get. If you're uncertain and you're viewing this, take this as your sign to go for it!
