  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role works around three different teams, project management, business process excellence and central operations. This is part of a transition and transformation business unit which aims to drive change in the business. I do placements in each team before choosing which one I will work in at the end of my apprenticeship.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I love it, there is a good balance between flexibility and structure. As apprentices we have the ability to move around the business when apprentice roles come out if we choose to and always have opportunities to get involved in the more exciting parts of the business too.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well organised, the structure is quite loose to allow us to develop in our own way and along a pathway that suits us as individuals which I think is a great strength to the programme
