  • Delivering customer service to EE and BT customers across the uk and fixing their broadband and landline faults. Also completing my level 2 apprenticeship and developing within the company.

  • Yes I have learnt how to use tools to my advantage to help customers across the UK. I have also been able to develop my customer service skills and expand my social skills.

  • I thoroughly enjoy my programme as I have been able to develop within the company and learn leadership skills but also develop my career path

  • My programme is well structured and I am able to find my apprenticeship work but also find help from my peers and other guides who have completed the apprenticeship prior to me

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive lots of support from my employer, for example I am allocated 6 hours a week to complete apprenticeship work and I am able to directly enquire whenever I need help from my manager and other support

  • I receive support from my training provider and any questions I have are answered as soon as possible

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I am able to develop my skills and understand specific procedures we have for customers on a whole new level.

  • Yes we have events for networking and volunteer days to give back to the community

  • I have been able to develop many skills and develop within the company allowing me to succeed with my career. I have been able to learn life skills also

  • Be yourself and personal. Make sure to have a positive attitude and have fun
