raising Purchase order for Sub-contractors, submitting applications to the client, completing Sub-contractor applications and interim final accounts
yes, lots of new commercial skills have been learnt, as well as lots of IT skills through the use of excel
there is a new challenge everyday on this programme and it makes it very enjoyable
much of the organisation is down to the specific contract you work on, but overall its good.
the Vinci team are always available when needed and have helped sort different issues I've had
Vinci will assist with any queries you have and you are assigned a RICS mentor to help you through your course
my current contract does not have much of a correlation to my course, however there have been many general commercial practices that I've learnt which have helped me
on this current contract no, however Vinci provide a few social days for apprentices throughout the year

the workforce are very skilled and have a lot of experience, which has made me learn and develop very quickly as a QS
