    • Account management, reviewing sales performance, negotiate contracts and manage a small team

    • The apprenticeship definietly gave me skills, mainly how to use Power BI and also some good creating and presentation skills

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • it was good, stressfully when also doing a full time job but i did enjoy the most of it

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • It started really well but due to lots of changes at multiverse it was less so around half way through but the monthly workshops went well it was the reviewing of projects that dropped off

    • Excellent, RS and my manager were very supportive

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • again, initally it was very good but kind of slowed towards the end. if i did require a meeting they would always be there it was just marking of projects where i felt i wasnt so supportive

    • Very well, lots of great skills and relevant info for my role

    • Yes

    • Great company to work for, staff are well looked after and are very supported with learning opportunities

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to RS Group?

    • Speak to others, there are so many people that have gone through the apprenticeship schemes now
