No day is the same. But my day to day involves supporting the HSE team in the implementation and maintenance of Health and safety practices. Some of my responsibilities include; carrying out site audits and inspections, updating and reviewing SHE documents, managing and maintaining occupational health, working with UST to coach people on Underground Services and trialling new equipment.
Yes developed my communication/presentation skills and computer skills. Learnt a lot- auditing skills , managing people, core skills
I really enjoy the programme. Have been involved in so much and learning all the time. I also fell really supported by the people I work with whether thats with developing skills and understanding or with college work
Programme is well structured and organised. Clear deadlines to meet

Workshops to develop knowledge, one to one coaching sessions every couple of weeks and progress reviews
Qualification has given me knowledge to perform in my job role eg have knowledge of laws and guidelines
