  • Enjoying the programme, have found some of the assignments unrelatable to my work but these are few and far between.

  • At the start it felt like a lot of work but as I have found my flow, it feels more steady and structured.

  • I am given six hours per week to work on my apprenticeship.

  • I meet with my skills coach once per month.

  • The qualification massively helps me within my role, especially understanding theory I hadn't before.

  • If you're unsure then go for it, great employer with great policies! If you get an interview just remember your competency based answers and if you can relate them to our values and strategic goals then bonus!
