Accounts assistant Review

On a day-to-day basis I prepare year end accounts and complete monthly bookkeeping/VAT returns.

I have built on my communication skills, when completing year end accounts I have to contact various clients via email or phone. As I am talking to lots of different clients this has helped me build my confidence.

I enjoy learning about all the different sectors of accounts and learning new skills every day.

My programme is very well structured and I am aware in advance what I am going to be doing.

I receive lots of support from my employer and they are always available if I need help with any issues.

I have regular catch-ups with my training provider and this is when we discuss if I am having any issues with working towards my qualification. I can also email my training provider if I have any issues in between reviews.

My training provider teaches me all the relevant skills to become an accountant and throughout my qualification I am building on lots of different skills.

There are lots of social activities at work, there is usually a social activity at least every quarter.
